Shoestring Crispy Garlic Parm Fries

Shoestring fries but make ‘em ✨gourmet✨—tossed in garlic butter, coated in crispy cornflake crumbs, and showered in parm. These aren’t fries… they’re a personality.

Best way to use the new fries from @kosher_taste.

These fries are different from most other frozen kosher brands. They are made from a whole potato straight cut versus being processed and then molded into a fry shape.

You can literally taste the difference.

Ingredients

1 bag of @kosher_taste fries (can use the any cut. Shoe string, crinkle or straight cut)

2/3 cup butter, melted

2 tbsp. Dried parsley

1 heaping TBSP. @kosher_taste peeled garlic, minced

1 lemon, zested

1 tsp. Black pepper

1/2 cup cornflake crumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

On a large heavily sprayed with oil baking sheet lined with parchment  paper, pour half the bag of the fries. You want them to spread out in one flat layer so don’t over crowd the tray .

Spray the tops of the fries and back on 400F in a confection oven for 15 minutes. They will not be fully baked. Or can do in an air fryer.

In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in the lemon, garlic, pepper and parsley.

Pour over the fries and mix well. Add the crumbs and Parmesan and mix well.

Spread out again on the tray and bake again for another 15 minutes.

Eat and enjoy!
