Spinach Tuna Burgers

The combination you had no idea you needed. This burger is truly delicious. Even Tunie use to eat it all the time… that was until she realized she was eating fish 🙄😜🙈🤬

Anyways it takes minutes to put together and pan fry or bake. I usually have them in a bun and Doug has them topped over salad greens. 

They also freeze beautifully and are delicious at room temperature also. 

Definitely something to #mealprep and keep around these last few weeks of summer. 

Ingredients

For the Burgers:

1.5 cups frozen @pardesfarms spinach

2 cans of tuna

1 small red onion diced

1/2 cup corn flake crumbs

2 large eggs

2 tbsp sesame seeds

1 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried mustard

1 tsp. Dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix everything together in a bowl.

Form Patties and pan fry for 4-5 minutes on both sides till golden.
