Ingredients
Recipe:
For the marinate
1 package of dark chicken cutlets
4 cubes of frozen @kosher_taste garlic cubes
4-5 cubes of @pardesfarms parsley
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp pepper
1 large lemon, zested and juiced
3 tbsp. Avocado oil
3 tbsp. honey
1 onion, sliced
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 container @goldentastesalads tomato dip
Instructions
Mix and coat your chicken with this marinate and let sit for a few minutes.
Slice one large onion and add it to a heated pan with some oil. Add the chicken with the marinate into the pan and let cook for about 10 minutes and then flip over.
Add the chickpeas and then the tomato dip and mix well.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes
Then I cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes In a 375F- 400F oven.
Remove and serve over rice.
