Yup … I did THAT & it’s actually SPECTACULAR!

Hits all the tuna melt cravings with all the sweet and spicy Mexican cravings I was having today.

You have to try it! Takes minutes to put together, especially when using @goldentastesalads Tuna Deluxe salad. One of my favorites.

Ingredients

2 @goldentastesalads tuna scallion deluxe

1 red pepper diced

2 stalks celery, diced

1/4 cup grated carrots

1/2 cup shredded cheese

1 package Tortilla wraps

1 jar tomato sauce

Pinch red chili pepper flakes

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

Shredded cheese

Instructions

In a bowl mix together the tuna with the veggies and 1/2 cup of cheese

Add dollops of the tuna mixture to a tortilla, and fold into a egg roll wrap shape. Repeat till you finish all your tuna

Add chili flakes to your tomato sauce and then pour some into the bottom of your casserole dish to coat well.

Add the rolled tuna wraps to the casserole dish.

Top the wraps with the tomatoes, more sauce and then the garnish with shredded cheese.

Bake on 350F for about 20-25 minutes

Then EAT!
