Ingredients
Recipe:
For the Crunch Mixture:
4-5 pieces of chicken bone in
1 cup Pablo crumbs
1/2 cup pretzel crumbs
1/2 cup sesame seeds (toasted is best but not necessary)
2 tbsp. Sweet red paprika
1 tsp. Smoked paprika
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp pepper
1 container @goldentastesalads toasted sesame dip
Instructions
Mix all your crumb mixture together on a large plate.
Then coat your chicken first thoroughly with the toasted sesame dip and then dredge them in the crumb mixture getting a good layer of crunch all over.
Place them on a wire rack baking sheet that has been sprayed very well with oil.
Then spray your chicken tops very well with the oil spray.
Bake uncovered on 375F for 1 hour
Eat!
Notes
For the toasted sesame alternative recipe:
1/4 cup sesame seeds toasted
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Black pepper
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. Toasted sesame oil
2 tsp. Lemon juice
1 tbsp. Honey
Mix and use that to coat your chicken
