Zucchini Tahini Muffins

No flour. No sugar. Just yum!

Ingredients

1 1/2 shredded zucchini (2 small zucchini’s)

2 large eggs

1 cup tahini

2 heaping tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (no sugar)

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

1 whole banana mashed

1/2 tsp salt

Pinch of cinnamon

Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Put everything in large bowl mix till combined. Scoop out into standard size muffins liners, fill to top. Bake on 350F for 20-25m
