
Chili Garlic Crisp Beef & Noodles
5 minutes to put together – and OMG delicious!Â
Loving that I had the @mrbingnyc chili crisp in my fridge and I didn’t have to make my own – if you don’t have it’s ok just add a little garlic toasted in hot oil with some chili pepper flakes for the heatÂ
I happen to have made mine with plant based meat – but it’s even better with REAL BEEF. (Vegetarian kid 🤪)Â
Ingredients
1 LB ground beef
1 cup diced @kosher_taste frozen onions
1 cup @kosher_taste sliced peppers
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp. Ginger powder
Big pinch of salt
Big pinch black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
Mix all togetherÂ
Sauté in a pan with some sesame oilÂ
Then add :
3 tbsp honeyÂ
2 tbsp soy sauceÂ
Juice of one small limeÂ
Cook down till meat is done. Set aside.
Make the Chili Garlic Crisp Sauce:
3-4 scallions, diced
1 clove garlic, mincedÂ
Pinch of ginger powderÂ
1/4 cup teriyaki sauceÂ
1-2 tbsp @mrbingnyc Chili Garlic Crisp (I used the mild)Â
2 tbsp honeyÂ
Mix wellÂ
Add cooked noodles into the sauce and mix well. Then add your beef mixture, mix and serve
