Meet the NEW natural Gatorade

No dyes no chemicals no crashes

Just clean hydration packed with fiber electrolytes and fruity flavor

This is what I drink to keep me hydrated during this hot summer and excellent before a 24-hour fast. It seriously keeps me full and energized

Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen @kosher_taste fruit fusion (peach, strawberry, banana mix)

12-16 oz cold water or coconut water

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 lemon juiced

1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup optional

1 splash apple cider vinegar

1 pinch sea salt or pink salt

Instructions

In a blender puree the frozen fruit

In a large glass or jar stir the chia seeds into the remaining water and let sit for 10–15 minutes until they swell

Add the blended fruit, lemon juice apple,cider vinegar, sea salt and maple syrup to the chia mixture

Stir  and shake well to combine
