Easy Sweet Onion Phyllo Veggie Quiche Hack 

App or Side Dish? However you serve this it’s delicious and super easy to make. 

This can be made in advance and frozen unbaked and then baked fresh. 

Or can freeze baked and crisp up in oven before serving. 

Feel free to use any veggies you like. The key is the @goldentastesalad sweet onion dip.

Ingredients

Recipe:

Phyllo sheets

Oil spray

2 zucchini, sliced in rounds and then halved

1 pint cherry tomatoes, diced

1 large shallot, diced

1 container @goldentastesalads sweet onion dip

Instructions

On a 1/2 baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and sprayed with oil, crinkle your phyllo sheets until you have covered the pan totally with them. 

Spray the top with oil.

Add your zucchini slices into the crevices of the sheets. 

Top with the diced tomatoes and shallots.

Then using a pastry brush spread the sweet onion dip over everything.

Bake on 400F for 25 minutes till golden on top. 

Let cool for a few minutes and then cut and eat. 

Notes

For the sweet onion dip if you can’t find in your store.

1/2 cup mayo

1 whole lemon juiced 

1/2 cup fried onions 

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Black pepper 

1 tsp. Garlic powder 

2 tsp. Maple syrup 

Mix all together and spread
