KISHKA STUFFED KUFTA WRAPED IN FACON W/ BROWN SUGAR CAYENNE GLAZE 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

These are OMG insane flavor bombs and will make for a delicious app or extra main dish to any of your Yom Tov meals. 

Seriously these are so good – make a triple batch they will freeze beautiful. 

Ingredients

Scale

RECIPE:

2 lb ground beef

2 tbsp. Sweet paprika

1 tbsp. Smoked paprika

2 tbsp dried parsley

2 tsp. Minced onions

1 heaping tsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp. Cumin

1 tsp. Tumeric

2 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Pepper

Mix it all together till combined

1 roll of kishka, crumbled and formed into mini balls

2 packages facon

1 cup brown sugar

12 tsp. Cayenne pepper (depending on level of heat you want)

Instructions

Form a patty with your ground meat. Add a small ball of kishka to the center. Fold the meat over the kishka forming a oval KUFTA meatball shape. 

Then wrap it in a piece of the facon 

Place on a baking sheet that is lined and sprayed 

Mix together the sugar with the cayenne

Then smother the tops of the KUFTA with the brown sugar mixture

Bake on 350 for 25 minutes 

Serve hot
