One of my favorites from @inagarten that Ive been making for a very long time.

Super easy to do and makes for the most delicious gravy over mashed potatoes or even rice.

I’ve tweaked this recipe to fit my #kosher needs and added the frozen spinach for a bit more.

Ingredients

Chicken thighs, skin on

1 large onion, sliced

1 cup good sweet white wine (I used moscato)

1/2 cup tofutti sour cream

1 heaping tbsp. Honey mustard

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

1 tbsp. Dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 -1 cup frozen @pardesfarms frozen spinach

Instructions

In a large pan heat about 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan and ad your chicken thighs skin down into the oil

Let it pan fry for t least 15 minutes.

While it’s pan frying you can add the onions to the pan and let the cook with the chicken.

Remove your chicken and set aside, then add the wine to the pan and deglaze your pan. Let cook down for about 1-2 minutes, while mixing well with the onions.

Then add the tofutti, mustards, spices , spinach and mix well let cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Then add your chicken back in, lower the flame and let everything cook for mother 20-25 minutes while you baste the chicken with the sauce regularly.

When the chicken is fully cooked remove
