My love of pickles knows no bounds 🙏

The best pasta salad full of tangy freshness that just hits the spot every time. 

A spoon salad for the weekend.

Last up to a week in the fridge! 

Ingredients

1 jar dill baby gherkins, diced

1 can hearts of palm, diced

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 cucumbers, diced

Handful cherry tomatoes, diced

3 stalks celery, diced

1 bag cooked orzo

For the Dressing :

1 cup mayo

1/3 cup pickle juice

1/3 cup ketchup

2 tbsp. Stone ground mustard

2 tsp. Black pepper

1 tbsp. Garlic powder

Generous amount of salt to taste

Handful chopped up parsley & cilantro (can sub with any green herbs)

1 small red onion, diced

Instructions

Add all your ingredient or a big bowl. Whisk together your dressing and mix well. 

Eat!
