Worth the Garlic Breath! This is what I made for the weekend and it was so delicious I didn’t care for one second that my garlic game was strong 🤣🤣🤣

It was all in the family – we devoured this!

The potatoes were next level – and truthfully I should double layer them next time, we were fighting over them.

Don’t kiss me Chicken – your next MUST TRY RECIPE – trust me on this.

Ingredients

For the Garlic Mixture:

1 jar @kosher_taste peeled garlic cloves (about 25 cloves) , minced in a food processor

1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp. Sweet paprika

1 tbsp. Smoked paprika

3-4 sprigs thyme (can used 1 tsp. Dried thyme)

Pinch of black pepper

Mix till all incorporated

2 tbsp. Oil

2-4 large Yukon gold potatoes , sliced into round thins

Salt and pepper

Dried parsley

Chicken legs

Instructions

In a large baking dish, add you oil and layer your potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and dried parsley.

Then Add your chicken on top of the potatoes and smother them with the garlic mixture – use every last bit.

Season the top with a little more salt and sometimes I drizzle just a tad more honey (optional)

Cover with a wet parchment paper and bake on 375F for 45 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered.

Then kiss your family before you eat this – but enjoy !!!
