One of my daughter’s favorite treats in Passover. It is extra fudgy and delicious and I love to eat it cold dipped into hot coffee or milk.

Excited to try the new Glicks Non Stick Gluten Free  Baking Spray this year for Passover. It is a game changer when baking for Passover . It works very well and was missing in the kosher market. You gotta try it!

For the Fudge Brownie

Ingredients

1.5 cup almond butter (or cashew butter)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 cup chocolate chips melted with 1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Glicks Non Stick GF Baking Spray

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with your Glicks non stick baking  Spray

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond butter, melted chocolate , honey (or maple syrup), eggs, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

3. Sift in the cocoa powder and baking soda, stirring until fully incorporated.

4. Pour half the batter into your tray and spread out with your spatula. Then add half the chocolate chips on top.

5. Pour the rest of the  batter into the pan and spread evenly. Top with the rest of the chocolate chips.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the center is just set (don’t overbake for extra fudginess).

7. Let cool in fridge or freezer before slicing. Enjoy!
