Legit the easiest recipe.

This is my go to recipe for veal pockets ever since I ate it 15 years ago by Dini Blech one week on Friday night.

I have been obsessed ever since.

Ingredients

Recipe:

1 veal pocket

1 kishka tube

1 box onion soup mix (you need 2 packets)

Orange juice

Silan or honey

Instructions

Stuff your kishka really well into the center of the veal pocket. Coat the entire veal in oil and then generously rub in ok the onion soup mix over the veal top and bottom.

Transfer to your baking dish.

Pour in the orange juice so it comes up 1/2 to 3/4 way over the veal.

Cover with a wet parchment paper and then seal very tightly with foil.

Bake on 300F for 2 .5 hours. Uncover and summer the top with the silan. Than put back into oven for another 10-15 minutes.

Serve hot!
