Crunchy, Creamy bursting with flavor. Everything you truly want in an epic chicken salad. 

I literally have this in my fridge at all times. It’s my go to craving that will fill me up right way and satisfy all my tastebuds. 

Ingredients

For the Salad

1 rotisserie chicken, separated in chopped into small fine pieces

3-4 stalk celery, diced

1 cup diced green grapes

1/2 red onion, diced

1.5 cups @kosher_taste broccoli slaw

1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds

For the Curry Dressing:

1.5 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup oil

1 heaping tbsp. Curry powder

1/4 cup Soy sauce

3 tbsp. Honey

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Pepper

2 cloves minced @kosher_taste garlic

1 tsp. Onion powder

1/2 tsp. Ginger powder

Instructions

Add all your ingredients for the chicken salad into a large bowl. 

Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over salad and mix well. 

Can last up to a week in the fridge. 

Seeing can last 2 weeks if tightly sealed in fridge.
